Nura Amelia Harahap

Nura Amelia Harahap is a professional with diverse experience in operations, human resources development, and organizational management. Currently, Nura serves in operations at Monroe Consulting Group and holds multiple roles within Indonesian Future Leaders (IFL), including Director of Secretary and staff, focusing on youth development and social change. As a Human Resources Developer for Beri Harapan Indonesia, Nura evaluates program effectiveness and addresses training needs for economically vulnerable groups. Previous experience includes positions as Public Relations Officer at Global Millennial Group and Liaison Officer for Brawijaya English Tournament. Nura holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Brawijaya and completed a high school diploma in Social Sciences at SMA NEGERI 50.
