Nicole Valdez

Nicole Valdez is a corporate brand and culture manager at Monroe Group Ltd., where responsibilities include executive support for principal owners and marketing coordination since May 2021. Nicole also serves as a board member for Babe Walls, a festival celebrating womxn and non-binary artists. Previous experience includes roles such as executive assistant to the CEO at Lifescape Colorado, head of client services at The VareCo, and various managerial positions in retail, including kate spade new york, FREEBIRD Stores, and lucy activewear. Nicole began a career in the arts as a dance instructor and choreographer at Elite Dance Academy and served as the head coach for varsity poms at Jeffco Public Schools, showcasing a strong background in leadership, community engagement, and event planning.
