Rachel McGinnis

Rachel McGinnis is an experienced professional in education and health, currently serving as a Paraeducator for Monroe Public Schools since January 2023. Prior roles include Addiction Recovery Coach at Phoenix House from January 2020 to January 2023, and Special Education Tutor at Danbury Public Schools between July 2018 and January 2020. Additionally, Rachel has a background in child care, working as a Babysitter for Nannies as Needed from January 2017 to January 2023, and served as a Peer Tutor and Facilities Supervisor at Keene State College during their studies. Rachel's early experience includes roles as a Swim Instructor at the YMCA of the USA and Lifeguard at Central Connecticut Coast YMCA.
