Melissa Fusco

Melissa Fusco is an experienced Staffing Specialist at Monroe Staffing Services since April 2015, where a commitment to understanding both clients and candidates drives recruitment and consulting efforts. Previously, Melissa served as the Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target from October 2011 to January 2014, overseeing morale, scheduling, training, and compliance for the Ansonia, CT store's HR department. Melissa holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
