Ashley Weik

Ashley Weik has worked in various roles since 2013. In 2013, they began as a Marketing Intern at Personna, an Energizer Holdings Company. In 2014, they took on the role of Communications Manager at Highfield Hall & Gardens. In 2016, Ashley became a Recruiter/HR Generalist at Healthcare for Hire. In 2018, they became an Assistant Volleyball Coach at MARYLAND JUNIORS VOLLEYBALL CLUB INC, and an OfficeTeam Staffing Manager at Robert Half. From 2019 to 2020, Ashley worked at Columbia Volleyball Academy as the Head Volleyball Coach for the CVA Girls 15 National Team. Currently, Ashley is the Account Management Team Lead, Account Manager, and Client Success Manager at Monster Lead Group.

Ashley Weik obtained a BS in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration from Bridgewater College in 2014. In 2015, they obtained an Executive Series for Nonprofit Leaders certification from Cape Cod Community College in May and a Grant Writing Certificate Series certification from Cape Cod Community College in April. In 2016, they obtained a HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot in February, and they are currently working towards a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition certification from the International Sports Sciences Association.
