Irma Iniguez

Corporate Director Of Development at Montage International

Irma Iniguez has extensive experience in project management and development within the luxury hospitality industry. Irma began their career at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they served as a Project Manager for the Four Seasons Punta Mita, overseeing renovations and new openings for residential components, restaurants, and hotel rooms. Irma then joined RLH Properties as a Project Manager for the Four Seasons Mexico City, leading a full hotel renovation. Irma also worked as a Project Manager for the Mandarina Touristic Development, overseeing the master plan design and engagement with operators. Irma later joined Irongate as the Director of Construction for the Four Seasons Costa Palmas. Prior to their current role, they worked at Artifex Team as the Vice President of Projects, managing the design and construction for luxury projects in Mexico, including hotels, residences, and condominiums. Most recently, Irma is employed at Chablé Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Development and will be transitioning to Montage International as the Corporate Director of Development in 2023.

Irma Iniguez has a diverse education history. In 1994-1997, they attended Centro de Estudios Lomas, where they studied as an interpreter translator in touristic services. From 1997-2001, they pursued an International Commerce degree at Universidad del Valle de México. Irene then earned a master's degree in Touristic Development Management from Instituto Universitario de Posgrado in 2007-2008. In 2010, they obtained a diploma in Google SketchUp from UNIVA Vallarta. Irma also completed a course in AutoCad at Universidad Tecnológica Bahía de Banderas in 2011. Most recently, they received a diploma in Project Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2013-2014.
