Eleanor Judd

Ellie is a partner specialising in valuation and consultancy. Her practice deals with complex problem solving that has valuation at its core. Ellie is primarily focused on public sector and third sector valuations and plays a leading role in our solutions for the NHS, central government and its agencies, and registered providers of affordable housing. Since joining Montagu Evans in 2016, Ellie has valued over £15 billion of assets across a range of use classes and for a multitude of purposes. Her projects tend to be focused on specialist valuations for financial reporting and options appraisals, ensuring estates are rationalised and optimised whilst positively impacting the society that they serve.

Ellie has expertise in specialist areas including DRC valuations, IFRS compliance, benchmarking, development, best value, statutory valuations and the preparation of strategic and outline business cases, and HMRC Green Book analysis. She also provides advice as an expert witness in complex valuation cases.

Ellie is a deputy head of the healthcare sector group and also sits on the steering committee for the public sector and affordable housing sector groups. She is also a founding member of our diversity and inclusion working group.
