Oliver Maury

Oliver is a Partner and heads up the Development Advisory team, where he focuses on devising and implementing delivery strategies in relation to complex residential-led regeneration schemes across London and the South East.

From scheme inception through to delivery, he advises both public and private sector clients on promoting and delivering public private partnership projects as well as on developments directly led by local authorities and other government agencies. Oliver has run a number of OJEU/FTS-compliant developer partner procurement processes involving a range of delivery structures, from traditional partnering contracts through to contractual joint ventures and full corporate joint ventures.

At a time when the public sector development landscape changes at pace in the context of changing political and economic drivers, increased experience and innovation is required to help develop deliverable and viable solutions that meet public and private sector objectives. With over 17 years’ experience in regeneration and development, Oliver is perfectly placed to advise clients on such matters, bringing in expertise from across the firm as necessary.
