Lisa Turner Bechtold

MTDA Clearinghouse Program Director at Montana Digital Academy

Lisa Turner Bechtold serves as the MTDA Clearinghouse Program Director and Distance Learning Ambassador at Montana Digital Academy since April 2022. With a career in education spanning over three decades, Lisa has held various leadership and instructional roles, including Academic Department Chair for World Languages and Electives at Laurel Springs School from October 2008 to May 2023. Other experience includes working as a Subject Matter Expert at Certica Solutions, Inc., and serving as an online instructor for gifted students at the Center For Talented Youth. Lisa's earlier positions include roles as an English teacher and curriculum developer across several school districts, as well as adjunct faculty at Flathead Valley Community College. Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Online Education from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Secondary Education from the University of Montana.
