Sharo Atmeh

Sharo Atmeh is a seasoned professional in the fields of finance, climate technology, and corporate governance, currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at Montauk Climate since 2024. Previously, Sharo held the position of Portfolio Manager and Head of Event-Driven, Climate-Tech and ESG at Alyeska Investment Group from March 2018 to February 2024, where innovative strategies for sustainable investing and ESG integration were developed. Prior experience includes roles as Principal at CamberView Partners, LLC, where Sharo focused on activist defense and corporate governance, and as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Educational credentials include a JD from Harvard Law School, an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA from Rutgers University, along with a fellowship at Carnegie Mellon University.
