Jennifer Champoux

Jennifer Champoux is an experienced biotech executive who is currently the SVP of Operations at Monte Rosa Therapeutics. Prior to their current role, Jennifer spent four years as the Executive Director at H3 Biomedicine from June 2017 to March 2021. From February 2006 to May 2017, they were the Head of Operations Cambridge Discovery Chemistry at NOVARTIS INSTITUTES FOR BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH, INC. Jennifer began their career in biotech as a Clinical Research Associate at Array BioPharma from January 2001 to December 2004, before becoming a Project Coordinator at Merck from January 1999 to December 2001.

Jennifer Champoux holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Vermont and an M.S. in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington.
