Alvin Soltis

Alvin Soltis has over 27 years of work experience in the technology and banking industry. Alvin is currently the Director of Technology at Montecito Bank & Trust. Prior to this, they worked at Bank of America for 9 years as the VP, Feature Lead Enterprise Technology. Before that, they held the position of VP, Senior Project Manager at Santa Barbara Bank & Trust for 6 years, where they led bank technology integrations and enterprise bank programs. Alvin also worked at Deutsche Bank as the AVP, Senior Business Analyst and at Wells Fargo as the AVP, Application Systems Engineer. At Wells Fargo, they led the application development and infrastructure team, and at Deutsche Bank, they served as the point person between business and technology. Alvin has a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality control thresholds.

Alvin Soltis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Information Systems from CSULB. Alvin also has two additional certifications: a PMP certification (expired) from the Project Management Institute and a Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from Bank of America.
