Karen Delcasale-Lalumia

Karen DelCasale-LaLumia has over three decades of experience in healthcare administration and revenue optimization. Currently serving as Senior Director of Managed Care Revenue Optimization at Montefiore Health System since 2003, Karen has previously held senior roles related to health service receivables and admissions at the same organization, where a career began as a data entry clerk in 1990. Prior experience includes the position of Admitting Director at Phelps Memorial Hospital from 2000 to 2003 and Assistant Director of Admitting and Patient Financial Services at Montefiore Medical Center from 1990 to 1999. Karen holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Iona University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University.
