Mischa Parry is a software support technician at Monterosa. Prior to this, they worked as a system support analyst at Meadow Foods Limited from March 2019 to December 2019. During their time there, they undertook full working knowledge of, and created Standard Operational Procedure documents for, bespoke in-house programs and systems. Additionally, they documented system releases, detailing updates and fixes for users.
Parry also has experience working as a change analyst. Mischa worked at Iceland Foods from April 2013 to February 2019, where their day-to-day duties included using Service Now to maintain the Change Database. Mischa also ensured all Change Requests were reviewed as soon as possible and allocated approval tasks to relevant personnel.
During their time at Iceland Foods, Parry also chaired the CAB (Change Advisory Board) meeting to discuss changes due to be implemented with stakeholders from each area within IT. Additionally, they created and maintained a report which wasn’t in place previously. This made all key stakeholders within IT aware of what work was being completed over each weekend and highlighted the on-call Problem Management personnel and their contact details.
Parry has also completed the Foundation ITIL course.
Mischa Parry has completed a GCSE at Neston High School, and has received certification from True North in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB). Mischa has also received certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL V3 Foundation certificate in IT Service Management, and from Udemy in ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification.
