Paulina Hedberg

Paulina Hedberg has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Paulina is currently working as a Controller at Monterro since August 2022. Previously, they worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG Sweden from April 2021 to June 2022.

Prior to that, Paulina held multiple roles at Ework Group. Paulina was a Business Controller from May 2020 to March 2021, and a Financial Controller from June 2019 to May 2020.

Before joining Ework Group, Paulina worked at EF Education First for several years. Paulina'sroles at EF Education First included Senior Financial Analyst from March 2017 to May 2019, Financial Analyst from June 2016 to March 2017, and Financial Accountant from June 2015 to June 2016.

Paulina also has experience in the retail sector, having worked as an Assistant Manager at Tiger of Sweden from September 2013 to July 2014. Paulina was responsible for various tasks, including store management, customer service, and cash register management.

Furthermore, Paulina worked as a Sales Administrator at eWork for a brief period in 2013, where they worked on a project for AB Tetra Pak, one of eWork's largest clients.

Early in their career, Paulina worked as a Researcher at Active Search AB, a leading search company in Sweden, where they focused on recruitment within the IT sector. Paulina also gained some retail experience as a Shop Assistant at Nathalie Schuterman during holidays and weekends from 2006 to 2010.

Paulina Hedberg has a diverse education history. Paulina attended Lund University from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued a Master of Science in Business and Economics with a focus on Corporate Finance. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they also studied at Lund University for their Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics, specializing in Corporate Finance. In 2012, they briefly attended HEC Montréal, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.

Before their university studies, Paulina completed their high school education at Östra Reals Gymnasium from 2007 to 2010, majoring in Economics. Paulina also had the opportunity to study abroad during their high school years, attending L’École Suédoise à Paris from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Economics and French.
