Rachel Lindley

Rachel Lindley is an accomplished professional with a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the Office of the Public Defender Maryland, Rachel has held numerous leadership roles including Specialty Courts and Pretrial Services Administrator and Trial Court Administrator at Van Buren County Courts. Additionally, Rachel has experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at Montgomery College and as a Faculty Consultant with All Rise. Rachel's expertise in community development was honed during tenure as Lead Community Development Specialist at Michigan Works! Association. Rachel holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Walden University and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
