Cheryl Shaw, MA, NCC, COS, AHM, is an experienced professional in human services with a focus on supportive housing and mental health. Currently serving as the Property Manager for the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless since October 2011, Cheryl oversees leasing and rent-related processes for permanent supportive housing programs. Previous roles include Assistant Program Director and Senior Case Manager, where Cheryl trained staff and managed casework for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. Cheryl's diverse background also encompasses positions as a Boot Camp Instructor, Employment Specialist, and Behavioral Specialist, highlighting expertise in health promotion, career counseling, and behavioral management.
