Thomas Tippett

Thomas Tippett serves as the CountyStat Manager for Montgomery County Government, overseeing the performance management and data analytics team since January 2023. In this role, Thomas is focused on enhancing strategic data usage to inform policy and improve government service efficiency. Previously, Thomas held the position of Performance Management Analyst, managing a $700 million budget and guiding organizational strategic planning. Earlier experience includes working as a Business Analyst at ERP Specialists INC, where analytical solutions were provided to manufacturing and distribution clients. Thomas holds a Certified Public Manager credential from The George Washington University and multiple degrees in Public Administration and Business Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
