Cynthia Iaboni is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting across various sectors, including technology, engineering, sales, and customer success. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead - Technology at Zinnia since December 2023, Iaboni is responsible for the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to closing candidates.
