Erin Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erin started their career as a Call Center Representative at IBM in 2006. Erin then transitioned to Inbound Customer Service Representative and later worked as a Workforce Management & Marketing Analyst, where they managed sales volumes and improved operational efficiency. Erin joined IBM as a Lead Development Representative for Cloud Solutions, focusing on generating leads and meeting revenue targets. After that, they worked at Oracle as a Senior Mid-Market Account Manager, assisting marketing teams in driving revenue and collecting valuable customer analytics. At Uberflip, Erin served as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, helping customers optimize their content experiences. Erin then became the Director of Sales & Marketing at CT Global Solutions, overseeing business development, account management, and thought leadership. Most recently, they joined Datatonic as the Director of Go-to-Market.
Erin Thompson has a strong educational background in the field of arts and humanities. Erin holds a Masters of Art History degree from the University of Toronto. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same institution, earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Archaeology and Classical Civilizations. Furthermore, they recently participated in a SAS Hackathon in 2021 and obtained a certification for their participation.
