Kandi Molder

Kandi Molder currently serves as the Registrar and Executive Director of Student Services at Montreat College, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kandi Molder worked at Oklahoma Wesleyan University from November 2010 to September 2024, holding various positions including Institutional Reporting Analyst, Executive Director of Student Services, and Director of Financial Aid. In the role of Institutional Reporting Analyst, Kandi Molder was responsible for gathering data and performing statistical analysis to inform institutional policy and procedure development, as well as preparing mandatory reports. As Executive Director of Student Services, Kandi Molder led the management of academic records, registration processes, and implemented a comprehensive service model. Kandi Molder’s experience also includes teaching math at Caney Valley High School and serving as a Financial Aid Counselor at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Kandi Molder earned a Master’s degree in Education from Peru State College and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Math Education from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
