Jasper R. Hauser's work experience spans over two decades and includes a variety of roles in design, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Jasper R. is the Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer of Darkroom, where they have played a crucial role in developing the award-winning photo editing app and ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple platforms.

As the CEO and Co-Founder of Montro, Hauser has established a high-end pre-owned watch marketplace that prioritizes trust and customer satisfaction.

At GetYourGuide, they serve as a Product Design Mentor and Advisor, supporting the growth and development of design professionals and providing guidance on various aspects of design and product processes.

Hauser is also the CXO and Co-Founder of DFFRNT LAB, a venture studio focused on creating innovative products and companies for the future.

Jasper R. has contributed to public health efforts as the CoronaMelder Product Design Lead at the Dutch Ministry of Health, where they led a large team in developing a COVID-19 notification app.

Before these roles, Hauser worked as a Senior Product Design Manager and Senior Product Designer at Meta (formerly Facebook), where they mentored and managed design teams and played a key role in product development.

In 2006, they co-founded Sofa B.V., a company recognized for its exceptional design work, and helped build it into a profitable and successful venture.

Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Hauser gained experience as a freelance Product Designer, working on graphic design, icon design, interface design, and post-production visual effects for various media projects.

Jasper R. also completed internships at Heijdens Karwei and Studio Vermaas, where they honed their skills in graphic design and 2D animation.

Throughout their career, Hauser has demonstrated a passion for design, leadership, and empowering others to reach their full potential in the field.

Jasper R. Hauser pursued their education at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from the year 2000 to 2007. During this period, they obtained a Propedeuse degree in the field of Graphic Design. After a gap of three years, in 2010, Jasper enrolled at the Foto Academie for a year, specializing in Photography. However, they did not acquire any degree from this institution.
