Ethan Berry

Ethan Berry is a seasoned educator and director with extensive experience in the arts. Since 1995, Ethan has served as Critic in Residence and Professor at Montserrat College of Art, where responsibilities include coordinating a two-semester thesis seminar for BFA undergraduates that emphasizes studio practice, critical reading, writing, and public exhibition. In addition, Ethan has been the Director of ANYEYE Artists Film Lab since January 2005, supporting the development of moving image and sound works in both analog and digital formats, while also organizing and teaching workshops in Super-8 and 16mm filmmaking. Previously, Ethan owned Art On Demand from 1988 to 2010. Ethan holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Painting/Printmaking from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where studies have been ongoing since 1985.
