Britt B. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Program Assistant for a U.S. Government Contractor. Britt later took on roles such as Team Lead and Program Manager within the same company. In 2008, they worked as a Project Manager for TransPerfect and then as an Arabic Quality Control for the same company in 2009. From 2012 to 2012, they served as a Coordinator for Grants & Contracts at Relief International. In 2009, they became a Contracts Manager and later a Project Coordinator for a U.S. Government Contractor. Britt then worked as a Team Lead for the same company in 2013 and as an Assistant Director at The Brookings Institution from 2014 to 2016.
