Mario Renap

Mario Renap is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Monument Chemical since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mario held HR Manager positions at INEOS Styrolution from January 2018 to July 2023 and at Elster from January 2011 to April 2016. Mario also worked as HR LER and Program Manager at Honeywell from May 2016 to December 2017 and spent nearly a decade at Johnson & Johnson as HR Manager from February 2002 to January 2011. Earlier in the career, Mario served as Manager of HR Back Office at Philips Lighting from 1997 to 2002.
