Amanda Christensen

Amanda Christensen, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator II at Monument Consulting, a company specializing in Total Workforce Management solutions since July 2022. Previously, Amanda held the role of Director of Merit Awards at SHRM from April 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included advising on chapter activities and submitting award applications. Amanda also served as Vice President of Chapter Development for Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity from December 2020 to December 2021 and completed a Management Trainee Internship at Enterprise Holdings in summer 2021. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Elon University, completing the degree in 2022, and is a graduate of Douglas S. Freeman High School.
