Hailey Hickman

Hailey Hickman is an experienced professional currently serving as Lead Account Manager at Monument Consulting since February 2018, specializing in managing contingent labor workforce solutions. Previously held positions include Sr. Account Manager and Account Manager at the same company, as well as Professional Recruiter and Account Manager at Insight Global. Hailey began their career as a Campus Ambassador for BlipMe, focusing on marketing and awareness of the app, and also contributed to the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority in leadership roles such as Homecoming/Greek Week Chair and Scholarship Chair. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from East Carolina University.
