Shane Durbec has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Shane started their career in 2008 at TGI Fridays, where they worked as a General Manager and Multi-Unit Manager until 2016. Shane then joined O'Charley's as a General Manager from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Chef Art Pour Restaurant Group, where they have held the positions of Regional Director of Operations and Director of Training & Culture since 2018.
Shane Durbec obtained a Beef Techniques/Steak Expert Certification in 2006 from Johnson & Wales University.
