Amee Desai

Amee Desai has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Amee is currently working at Monzo Bank as a Senior Strategy Manager in Business Banking since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at McKinsey & Company from January 2016 to March 2021, where they held the positions of Senior Manager - Finalta and Consultant - Finalta. Before joining McKinsey, Amee worked at HSBC for several years. Their roles at HSBC include Relationship Manager, Non Bank Financial Institutions from December 2014 to December 2015, Corporate Banking Manager from May 2014 to December 2014, and Propositions Manager, Global Commercial Insurance & Investments from March 2012 to May 2014. Amee also completed the Executive Management Trainee program at HSBC, where they gained experience in various functions in Insurance, Retail, and Corporate Banking from September 2009 to February 2012. Amee started their career at HSBC France S.A. as a Payments and Cash Management Sales professional from September 2007 to June 2008.

Amee Desai completed their undergraduate education at the University of Nottingham from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Economics with French. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2011, they attended the IFS School of Finance and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Markets and Management.
