Anne Bernikola

Anne Bernikola has a diverse work experience in the finance and IT industries. From 2015 to the present, they work at Monzo Bank, starting as a Risk Management Specialist and later transitioning to the role of Operations Assistant. Currently, they serve as the Business Strategy Manager at Monzo Bank, leading and managing the Commercial Strategy team to develop growth strategies and establish cross-functional partnerships. Prior to their time at Monzo Bank, Anne worked as an IT Consultant as a sole trader from 2011 to 2014, providing data mining and business intelligence solutions to clients and offering IT consultations to help them achieve their strategic goals.

Anne Bernikola completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Manchester from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in the Fintech industry. Anne then went on to pursue a postgraduate degree at the University of Sussex from 2007 to 2010, continuing to specialize in the Fintech industry.
