Arpit Shah

Arpit Shah has a diverse and extensive work experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management. Arpit currently holds the position of VP, Global Fulfillment, Sourcing & Procurement at Mood Media, where they lead a global team in developing and executing fulfillment and strategic sourcing strategies. Prior to this, Arpit worked at Ingersoll Rand in various roles, including Sourcing Director for Industrial Technologies & Services Americas, Director Global Procurement for Compressor Technologies & Services, and Sr. Global Commodity Manager for Castings. Arpit was responsible for managing global suppliers, developing sourcing strategies, and driving cost reductions and overall improvement in supply chain performance. Arpit also has experience in driving productivity initiatives, operational excellence, and project management. Arpit started their career as a Quality Engineer at Cummins Engine, where they resolved customer quality issues and performed root cause analysis.

Arpit Shah pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, between 1996 and 2000. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they attained an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business.
