Lisa Monaco

Lisa Monaco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee experience. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Employee Experience at Moody's Corporation since October 2022, Monaco previously held multiple leadership roles at Credit Suisse from December 2004 to November 2022, including Director of Corporate Functions People, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations across seven internal businesses, and Director of Agile Talent Strategy, focusing on global talent strategy programs. Earlier roles at Credit Suisse included Vice President positions in Human Resources, Internal Mobility, and Internal Audit, along with a consulting background at Protiviti and Arthur Andersen.
