Jay Lehan

Jay Lehan has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Jay began their career as a Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young in 2005 before moving on to the Defense Contract Audit Agency as a Contract Auditor in 2006. In 2008, they joined M&T Bank, where they held various roles including Corporate Reporting Accountant/Financial Analyst, FP&A Forecast Analyst, and FP&A Consumer Bank Segment Finance Manager. In 2014, they transitioned to Fisher-Price as the Manager of Brand Finance before ultimately joining Moog Inc. in 2015. At Moog, they have held positions such as Finance Manager - Sector Controller, Finance Director, Group Finance Director, and currently serves as the Group Vice President - Finance.

Jay Lehan received a Bachelor of Science degree, Summa Cum Laude, in Finance and Accounting from the University at Buffalo in the years 2001 to 2005. Jay later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same university from 2011 to 2014.
