Joseph Alfieri

Joe Alfieri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joe joined Moog Inc. in 2008 and held various roles including President of the Space and Defense Group from March 2023. Prior to that, they served as Group Vice President & General Manager from February 2021 to March 2023 and from December 2018 to February 2021. Joe was also a Program Director for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter from January 2017 to November 2018 and led the internal transformation program from June 2014 to December 2016. Before joining Moog Inc., they worked at ITW United Silicone as an Electrical Engineer from May 2005 to March 2008, where they played a crucial role in designing and developing automation systems. Joe also worked at Delphi Automotive as a Manufacturing Engineer from May 2004 to May 2005 and started their career at UPS as an Operations Supervisor from 1999 to 2004.

Joe Alfieri obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2004. During the same period, they also completed a Master of Science in Computer Science from the same institution. In 2008 and 2009, Joe pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York.
