Kristin Lucernoni has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and companies. Kristin started their career at UB Orthopaedics in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant. In 2012, they joined Moog Inc. as an HR Assistant and progressed through various positions including Supply Chain Sr. Administrative Assistant, Purchase Order Administrator, HR Specialist/Sr. Executive Assistant to the CHRO, Recruiting Specialist, Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, Student and Early Career Program Lead, and Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations. Currently, they serve as the Workday Implementation Lead, Talent Acquisition at Moog Inc.

Kristin Lucernoni pursued their education at SUNY Empire State College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, & Economics with a concentration in HR Management. Additionally, they attended Erie Community College and earned an Associate's degree in Social Sciences.
