Timothy Niewczyk

Timothy Niewczyk has over 19 years of work experience in various IT roles. Timothy started their career at HSBC as an IT Technician from 2000 to 2001. Timothy then joined Bethlehem Steel as a Database Administrator in 2001. From 2003 to 2007, they worked at Leonardo DRS as a Systems Analyst, where they developed a data warehouse, created a new custom ERP application, and improved systems for global business operations. At Caplugs, they served as a Senior Systems Analyst from 2007 to 2008, managing ERP, EDI, and eCommerce systems. Timothy then joined PCB Piezotronics as a Senior Systems Analyst, overseeing the design and development of enterprise solutions. In Leonardo DRS, they held roles as Manager of Enterprise Applications and Director of Business Intelligence & Reporting, leading teams and managing projects. In their most recent role at Moog Inc. as the Executive Director of Global IT Services & Operations, they were responsible for transforming IT services and growing the global team while increasing IT investment.

Timothy Niewczyk completed a Leadership Accelerator Program at the University at Buffalo in 2018. Timothy also earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the same university between 2000 and 2003.
