Betty Chen

Betty Chen has over 20 years of experience in business affairs and legal roles within the entertainment industry. Betty is currently the VP of Business Affairs for Animation at Moonbug Entertainment, where they structure, negotiates, and drafts deals for animated series and live-action series for preschoolers. Prior to this, they worked at The Walt Disney Company as the Director of Business Affairs for Disney Branded Television, where they managed deals for live-action scripted projects and licensed/co-produced content for Disney Channel and Disney+. Betty also has experience as a Principal at Incinc Media Agency, where they advised global media companies on content partnerships and co-productions, and as the SVP of Business Affairs at IM Global Film, where they focused on international television sales and co-productions.
