Laura Castellanos has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and strategic planning. Laura is currently the Director of Brand Marketing for CoComelon at Moonbug Entertainment. Prior to this, they worked at Mattel, Inc. where they held various roles including Senior Marketing Manager for Barbie Global Brand Marketing and Marketing Manager for Hot Wheels Global Brand Marketing. Laura also worked as an Associate Marketing Manager, overseeing the development and marketing of non-traditional products for Hot Wheels. Before their time at Mattel, Laura co-founded Fitpass México and served as the Marketing Director. Laura also gained experience as a Brand Management MBA Intern at Mattel. Earlier in their career, they worked at Coca-Cola FEMSA as a Strategic Planning Specialist and Supply Chain and Manufacturing Process Analyst. Laura began their career as a Supply Chain Trainee at Best Buy.
Laura Castellanos pursued their education starting in 2003 at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems Engineering in 2010. Laura then furthered their studies with an Executive program in Corporate Finance at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México from 2012 to 2013. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UCLA Anderson School of Management between 2014 and 2016.
