Vim Halai

Vim Halai has vast experience in the IT industry. They started their career at ACT Conferencing, a PGi Company, where they worked as an Operator and later became a System Engineer. After leaving ACT Conferencing, they joined Support Tree as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Following that, they worked at DotOnes as a Solutions Engineer. Currently, Vim is employed at Moonbug Entertainment, where they hold the position of IT Manager and later transitioned to the role of Head of IT Shared Services.

Vim Halai obtained a Higher National Diploma in Computing (Business Information Technology) from West Herts College from 2002 to 2004. They also earned a Bachelor's Degree from the same college in the academic year 2004 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Vim Halai has acquired certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty from Microsoft in November 2021 and Network Security Basic Administration (NS-103-A) from SonicWALL Inc. in January 2017.
