Kristen Bell

Kristen Bell is a highly experienced professional in social infrastructure and planning, currently serving as the Social Infrastructure Project Manager for Family and Children's Facilities at Moonee Valley City Council since September 2022. Kristen is also the Principal Planner at KC Planning, a position held since July 2017, specializing in strategic, statutory, and transport planning. Prior roles include positions at RMIT University as a Sessional Academic and Researcher, and various planning roles at Maribyrnong City Council, Hume City Council, and Mitchell Shire Council. Kristen holds a Masters of Social Science (Planning and Environment) with Distinction from RMIT University and dual undergraduate degrees in Laws and Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
