Merv Moniz is a seasoned professional in property and asset management with extensive experience across various municipalities and real estate services. Currently serving as the Manager of Property and Assets at Moonee Valley City Council since July 2022, Merv oversees the management of substantial property portfolios in dynamic settings. Prior roles include Head of Facilities Management at City of Whittlesea, where Merv managed over 190 properties, and Director of Client Accounts and Facilities Management Services at CBRE, leading complex client accounts across Australasia.
