Shilpi Roy

Shilpi Roy has worked for five companies, beginning with Adobe in 2018. During their time there, they were a Product Development Intern and worked on the development of debugging tools for an Application Development Framework. In 2019, they worked for Goldman Sachs as a Summer Analyst Intern, building a web application from scratch. Later that year, they returned to Adobe as a Software Development Engineer, where they worked on the backend Oz lightroom team and implemented features such as Best Photos and Versions. In 2020, they joined Zynga as a Software Engineer, where they worked on the Garden Of Oz feature for Wizard Of Oz Magic Match game and fixed bugs related to BattlePass and Community Event. Currently, they are working at Moonfrog Labs as a Software Engineer 2, where they have worked on implementing Video chat using Agora in multiplayer Parcheesi game with over 10K+ DAU. Shilpi has also conducted multiple playtests to ensure smooth working of Video Chat and released it on iOS and Android after bug fixing and testing.

Shilpi Roy completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The LNM Institute of Information Technology between 2015 and 2019. Shilpi also holds certifications in Learning Sinatra from LinkedIn (obtained in November 2019), Learning REST APIs from LinkedIn (obtained in September 2019), Ruby: Classes and Modules from LinkedIn (obtained in September 2019), Programming Foundations: Object-Oriented Design from LinkedIn (obtained in June 2019), and Testing Ruby With RSpec from Udemy.
