Radosław Krzak

Tomasz Rados is an experienced financial officer currently serving at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Rados held roles at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024 as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant within the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Rados contributed to academic and professional development as a Member of the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies from December 2020 to December 2023. Experience also includes working with the European Defence Agency's ISE Coordination Team, the European External Action Service, and assuming leadership as President of Network PL. Rados began a career in public service with positions at the European Commission and the Ministry of Economy and Labour. Rados obtained a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw in 2003.
