Dee Kaur

Dee Kaur is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within the education and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Tech for Good since August 2017 and as Co Chair at Girls X Tech, Dee leads initiatives to connect 10,000 girls in Punjab with technology education. As a Digital Strategist at MoooFarm, a World Bank Group award-winning startup, Dee empowers smallholder women dairy farmers in Asia and Africa through ICT. Previously, as Campus Director at The Cantillon Institute, Dee managed due diligence during a corporate transition and oversaw the development of a state-of-the-art campus, earning multiple accolades. Additionally, Dee has held managerial roles in HR and finance, achieving significant operational efficiencies and compliance, as well as foundational experience at Telstra and Guru Nanak Dev University. Dee holds a Graduate Certificate in Development Studies from the University of Melbourne and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Guru Nanak Dev University.
