Shay Eubanks

Shay Eubanks has extensive experience in the field of taxation and accounting. They started their career in 1994 at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as a Senior Associate and later became a Director. During their time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, they managed a diverse client base and supervised a team of staff members.

In 2009, Eubanks joined HD Supply as a Director, before moving to Aprio in 2010. At Aprio, they held various roles, including Senior Manager and Tax Director. In these positions, they provided tax services to both publicly traded and privately held companies. This included tax compliance, tax provision, tax consulting, and due diligence services. They also managed international tax filings and served as the tax function for privately held companies.

In 2023, Eubanks joined Moore Colson CPAs and Advisors as a Tax Director.

Shay Eubanks completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Mississippi University for Women from 1991-1993. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Taxation at The University of Memphis from 1993-1997.
