Jose M. Rodriguez is a seasoned professional in urban planning and GIS services, currently serving as the Director of GIS Services and holding roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at MIG since January 2013. With extensive experience in managing comprehensive planning projects, public engagement programs, and GIS initiatives, key assignments include general plans for cities such as Walnut, Long Beach, and Burbank. Rodriguez also served as an Adjunct Professor at Cal Poly Pomona, teaching graduate-level GIS courses, and held various planning positions at firms including Hogle-Ireland, EDAW, and Cotton/Bridges/Associates, where responsibilities encompassed project management, preparation of regulatory documents, and GIS mapping.
