Dr. Patrick Biggerstaff

Dr. Patrick Biggerstaff currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations at Mooresville Schools since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dr. Biggerstaff held various positions, including Director of Career and Technical & Adult Education at Area 31 Career Programs from July 2015 to January 2024, and adjunct professor at the University of Indianapolis from January 2017 to June 2022. Additionally, Dr. Biggerstaff has been involved in leadership roles within educational organizations, such as serving as Administration Division Vice President for the Association for Career and Technical Education from July 2017 to June 2021 and Past President of the Indiana Association for Career and Technical Education from September 2014 to December 2015. Dr. Biggerstaff’s educational accomplishments include a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from Ball State University and various advanced certifications related to school finance and administration.
