Rachel Parker

Rachel Parker has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rachel began their career in 1999 as a Product Development Manager at Lakeside Foods Ltd. In 2002, they moved to Bernard Matthews as a Development Manager. From 2008 to 2012, Rachel worked as a Product Manager at 2 Sisters Food Group. In 2012, Rachel joined Gressingham Foods Ltd. as an NPD Manager and eventually became the Head of Technical and NPD, responsible for managing both technical and NPD departments. Currently, Rachel works at Moorgate Benchmarks as a Project Support Manager. Throughout their career, they have gained over 20 years of experience in the food industry, specializing in poultry and meat products in various aspects such as development, cost-saving, customer and factory technical requirements, and project management. Additionally, Rachel has also worked as a Head Coach at Dragons Trampoline Club since 1992.

Rachel Parker attended Mildenhall Upper School for an unknown duration. After completing their time at Mildenhall, they went on to attend London South Bank University from 1995 to 1997. No specific degree or field of study is provided for either educational institution.
