Bill McEachern

Bill McEachern is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in commercial law, transactions, and litigation. Since May 2019, Bill has served as an attorney at Moorhead Real Estate Law Group. Bill has been a partner at Moulton McEachern & Walker since 2000, specializing in asset-based lending, corporate matters, creditor's rights, and intellectual property litigation, among other areas. Prior to this, Bill was a partner at McDonald Fleming Moorhead, LLP, focusing on commercial real estate law. Bill's earlier career includes prestigious roles such as partner at Carlton Fields and associate attorney at Jenner & Block. Bill began legal training as a clerk for the Honorable Harold Albert Baker in the U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois. Bill holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of West Florida.
