Leo Koshutova

Leo leads their pharmaceutical sector at Moorhouse. He has a strong track record of delivery, having developed and applied his expertise to support major operational transformations across several high-profile clients.

Leo is adept at translating strategy into action via well-structured programmes of work and is highly experienced in applying programme and project management disciplines to support the realisation of organisational objectives and benefits.

He has spent much of the past few years working with global pharmaceutical and healthcare businesses, where he has been engaged on a variety of business-critical initiatives, ranging from operating model design and implementation to regulatory change.

Leo was a runner up at the 2014 APM Awards, in the Young Project Professional of the Year category, for his role on BT’s HR Transformation programme.

Leo invests in the community by mentoring students at the Regent High School via the Future First programme as he believes that helping others is one of the greatest forms of satisfaction. He is also an Alumni Ambassador for the department of Management a the London School of Economics and plays a key role in organising alumni events and speaker talks for the university.
